Last night I left
The macaroni in the pan
And so, bereft,
It contrived its great plan
And while I slept
It grew into a wild man
And then it crept;
Every obstacle overran
At dawn
The Macaroni Man
Stood over my bed
And he said
to me:
Last night you left
The macaroni in the pan
And so, bereft,
I contrived my great plan
And while you slept
I grew into a wild man
And then I crept;
Every obstacle overran
At dawn
The Macaroni Man
Stood over my bed
And I said
To him:
I’m Sorry.
